Job Description:

Join this rewarding Labor & Delivery setting as a registered nurse specializing in all phases of LDRP care, including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-baby care. Experience the unique rhythm of a small hospital with approximately 200 deliveries annually, where you'll support low-risk patients and assist with a variety of delivery-related procedures such as epidurals, shoulder dystocia management, and neonatal assessments. The role offers the opportunity to care for both mothers and their babies, often in a rooming-in model, with responsibilities extending into neonatal support like bilirubin monitoring and NAS babies. The unit operates with a dedicated team of experienced staff, and your expertise will be vital to maintaining high-quality care during 12-hour night shifts. This assignment combines clinical skill with a close-knit team environment, providing a chance to deepen your labor and delivery experience in a manageable, supportive setting.
