Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses in a specialized, closed-unit setting where you'll focus exclusively on maternal and infant health. This night shift role involves caring for mothers and newborns in 16 LDRP rooms, a C-section suite, PACU, and a 4-bed special care nursery. Your expertise in L&D and mother/baby care will be essential as you contribute to a facility committed to advancing practices and supporting families through initiatives like the Eat, Sleep, Console program and innovative screening tools. Expect a role that emphasizes quality, support, and continuous improvement, with a team supported by dedicated staff such as discharge planners, lactation consultants, and educators—no floating required.
