Job Description:

Join a respected teaching hospital in Charlotte as a MedSurg/Tele RN for a contract that offers a hands-on experience managing patients recovering from head, neck, and GI surgeries. You'll be responsible for overseeing patient care in a fast-paced environment, handling procedures such as tracheostomies, laryngectomies, hernia repairs, and more. This role is ideal for nurses with at least two years of Med/Tele experience, especially those comfortable interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing drains, and administering complex medication infusions. Expect to work night shifts, providing vigilant monitoring without tech assistance, and to be part of a compassionate team supporting both common and specialty patient needs.
