Job Description:

This medical-surgical registered nurse role offers a hands-on experience with a variety of patient cases across different units, including ortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, and surgical cases such as GI procedures, urology, hysterectomies, and mastectomies. You will primarily work night shifts, with 12-hour hours, supporting your team during the overnight hours while floating to other Med Surg units as needed. The assignment emphasizes teamwork with diverse staff members, including RNs, LPNs, and Techs, providing an engaging mix of clinical activities within a supportive environment. The focus is on delivering quality care in a fast-paced setting, where flexibility and collaboration are key to success.
