Job Description:

Join a vibrant radiology team at Mercyhealth Javon Bea Hospitals in Rockford, Illinois, where you'll be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic, portable, c-arm, and fluoroscopic procedures. As a Radiologic Technologist on nights with a 36-hour week, you'll have the opportunity to review patient histories, select appropriate imaging techniques, and operate advanced imaging equipment. This role involves positioning patients comfortably, following safety protocols like ALARA principles, and assisting radiologists during specialized exams. The assignment offers a chance to develop your expertise in a busy hospital setting while mentoring students and new technologists.
