Job Description:

Join San Juan Regional Kidney Care in Farmington, New Mexico, for a dialysis RN contract that offers a hands-on role in a dedicated acute dialysis unit. You will manage hemodialysis treatments for patients in both intermediate and ICU settings, performing bedside procedures with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:2 in the dialysis suite and 1:1 elsewhere. This position emphasizes technical skill and clinical judgment, providing a focused experience in renal care without the typical hospital-wide float requirements. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, totaling 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment, with flexible weekend hours and call duties to support patient needs. This role is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in dialysis, working closely with patients requiring precise and attentive hemodialysis care in a well-equipped environment.
