Job Description:

Join our team as a CVICU RN for a night shift contract in a 10-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit. In this role, you will be responsible for caring for post-operative open heart patients, many requiring immediate post-surgical monitoring with advanced equipment such as A-lines, chest tubes, and ventilators. This assignment offers the chance to work in a facility expanding its cardiac services, managing higher acuity patients, and applying your critical care expertise from day one. You'll collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team, providing comprehensive physical, emotional, and spiritual support while ensuring smooth patient transitions from admission to discharge. The position requires prior open heart recovery experience and critical care training.
