Job Description:

Join our team as a Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) supporting Orthopedic and Spine surgeries in a dedicated operating room setting. This role involves working exclusively on orthopedic and spinal procedures, with an emphasis on procedures requiring total joint robotics such as Mako or Rosa. The schedule features four 10-hour daytime shifts, giving you a full but manageable workweek. You will be responsible for assisting in surgeries, preparing equipment, and ensuring smooth procedural flow. Flexibility to support occasional floating to Evanston Hospital for ortho-trauma cases adds variety to your work experience. This assignment is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tech eager to specialize further in orthopedics or spine, with a chance to work with advanced robotic-assisted surgeries. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in these areas, hold BLS certification, and preferably possess a state license.
