Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse on a 12-hour day shift at a renowned healthcare facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for caring for post-operative colorectal surgery patients on a specialized medical-surgical unit. The assignment offers opportunities to work with negative-airflow rooms, requiring fit-testing for N95 masks or PAPR training. You may also assist with charge nurse duties and occasionally float to different care levels such as Med-Surg, PCU, or ICU, with appropriate resources provided. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience in a teaching hospital environment, with the possibility of precepting students or shadowing seasoned professionals. The focus is on delivering high-quality care in a collaborative setting, making each shift both challenging and rewarding.
