Job Description:

Join a 24-bed progressive care unit specializing in step-down and telemetry services, where you'll play a vital role in monitoring and supporting patients recovering from complex procedures in a Level II Trauma and stroke-certified hospital. This night shift position involves working 12-hour shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, giving you a chance to experience the quieter nighttime rhythm of the hospital while keeping a close eye on patients' cardiac and neurological status. Your responsibilities will include charting in Epic, managing patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:3-4, and ensuring smooth transitions through this critical level of care. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a facility capable of providing advanced care to PCI and open-heart surgery patients, all while honing your skills in a supportive environment that values precision and attention to detail.
