Job Description:

Step into a surgical technologist role within the Operating Room at a busy hospital in Rogers, Arkansas. This assignment offers a focus on cardiovascular procedures in a level 3 trauma center with a dedicated team supporting complex surgeries. You'll be actively involved in maintaining a sterile environment, preparing surgical instruments, assisting during procedures, and ensuring the operating suite is ready for each case. The 10-hour day shifts provide consistent hours, allowing you to immerse yourself in perioperative care and surgical assistance, all while experiencing the unique rhythm of a high-volume hospital setting.
