Job Description:

Join a professional radiology team as a CT technologist dedicated to performing advanced computerized tomographic procedures. In this role, you'll explain examination steps to patients, prepare the room, and operate state-of-the-art CT equipment to capture essential diagnostic images. Your expertise in administering intravenous contrast media and monitoring patients ensures safety and accuracy during scans. The position involves assisting radiologists with complex sterile procedures like biopsies and maintaining high standards of radiation safety using ALARA principles. You'll also manage image quality and documentation within PACS and RIS systems, supporting both clinical and billing processes. This contract offers a hands-on opportunity to apply your skills in a busy outpatient setting, with a playful hint of being the hero behind the scenes of diagnostic insights. Essential to your success is ARRT CT Certification and previous general radiography experience.?
