Job Description:

This 12-hour night shift opportunity places you in the fast-paced environment of a float pool spanning ICU, MedSurg Tele, and PCU across two campuses in Prescott, AZ. You will be responsible for managing a variety of adult patients with diagnoses ranging from geriatric concerns and orthopedic issues to post-procedural cardiac patients. Prior ICU experience of at least one year is essential, and proficiency in titrating drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and others is required. Expect to interpret strips and work alongside nurse aides and monitor techs, with a focus on careful patient assessment and maintaining multiple IV drips. The assignment offers a unique chance to experience different units, work with diverse patient types, and enhance your skills in a supportive, fast-moving setting.
