Job Description:

Join our team as a Respiratory Therapist in the Ashley River Tower, where you'll play a vital role in caring for adult patients with complex cardiovascular and thoracic conditions. This position features three 12-hour day shifts, offering a consistent schedule that allows for ample rest and recovery. You'll provide essential respiratory support to patients recovering from heart and lung transplants, ECMO treatments, and other critical illnesses, all while working in a skilled and collaborative environment. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a Level 1 Trauma, teaching hospital setting with advanced equipment and urgent care protocols. The work may include floating within scope to ensure the highest level of patient care across the facility, but you will primarily focus on adult critical care patients requiring ventilator management, diagnostic assessments, and emergency interventions. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital known for its innovative approach and comprehensive care.
