Job Description:

Join our team as a PCU Registered Nurse for a night shift assignment in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves managing patients in the progressive care unit during 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. You'll start and manage IVs, administer medications safely, monitor vitals and patient responses, and educate patients on treatments and self-care. Collaboration with the care team and accurate charting using EPIC EMR are essential. The assignment offers a chance to float to lower acuity units when needed, providing a varied and engaging experience. This position is perfect for nurses with at least two years of clinical experience and active Ohio RN licensure who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working overnight. Expect a schedule of weekday shifts with some weekends, and the opportunity to make a real difference in patient care during these overnight hours.
