Job Description:

Join a hospital team where you’ll provide critical care nursing during 12-hour night shifts, caring for a diverse patient population with a range of health challenges from simple to complex. This role will have you managing an assigned group of patients, documenting responses to interventions, assisting physicians with diagnostic procedures, and administering medications including IV infusions and blood products. Expect to collaborate closely with patients and their families, sharing care plans and guiding them through procedures and discharge instructions. Your expertise in ICU and level I trauma care will be vital in ensuring these patients receive attentive, competent nursing support in a fast-paced environment that values your skill and dedication.
