Job Description:

Join the team in a bustling intensive care unit that handles a variety of neuro, respiratory, and post-surgical patients. This role involves managing complex cases such as neurological post-procedural patients, hemorrhages, aneurysms, and spinal injuries, along with respiratory failure and sepsis cases. You'll be responsible for titratable drips like Cardizem, Dopamine, and Insulin, interpreting cardiac rhythms, monitoring hemodynamic lines, and supporting a dedicated team of neuro-intensivist and hospitalist providers. Expect a hands-on experience with advanced telemetry and bedside monitoring equipment, all while working a 12-hour night shift that keeps the pace lively but manageable. The unit is still shaping its culture, emphasizing teamwork, continuous learning, and quality improvement—making this a great opportunity for a nurse eager to grow and make an impact in a collaborative environment.
