Job Description:

This 13-week assignment places you in a MedSurg setting where you'll be working 12-hour night shifts. As an RN, your role will involve caring for diverse patient types, including oncology and MedSurg overflow cases, with a typical patient ratio of 1:5. You’ll float within the scope of your practice as needed, and you'll be expected to pass a skills-based open book exam during orientation with a minimum score of 90%. The facility emphasizes a nail policy disallowing artificial nails in patient care areas and requires a valid driver’s license to verify travel distance.
