Job Description:

Join a rewarding travel healthcare assignment as a care coordinator or house supervisor in an inpatient setting. You'll be managing a diverse caseload, handling initial assessments, discharge planning—including coordination with nursing homes, home health, DME, and prior authorizations. Your day will involve liaising with all payers, uninsured, and homeless populations, ensuring smooth transitions and effective patient support. Expect to work 8-hour days, with a weekly gross pay around $2,781.60, over a 13-week assignment. Prior experience in an acute hospital setting and familiarity with Cerner EMR are essential, and a strong focus on discharge planning is required.
