Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery RN on a 12-hour night shift, where you'll support moms through a variety of childbirth experiences in a Baby Friendly Facility. This role offers cross-training across labor and delivery, nursery, OB triage, and GYN surgery, providing a diverse and rewarding environment. You'll manage your own hearing screenings, respond to both routine and emergency procedures, and play a vital part in patient care during the quiet hours of the night. Expect to be involved in everything from assisting during labor to caring for newborns in the nursery, with an emphasis on teamwork and adaptability. The role includes every other weekend coverage and requires call time, ensuring you'll always be prepared for the unexpected.
