Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a registered nurse in a 12-hour day shift at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. This contract offers the opportunity to work with moderate to high acuity cardiac, pulmonary, renal, and medical patients, including cases like CHF, a-fib, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbations, and respiratory failure. You’ll be responsible for interpreting cardiac rhythms, managing drips such as Heparin and Amiodarone, and performing wound care, including dressing pressure injuries and negative pressure dressings. The role uniquely combines clinical expertise with leadership duties, as charge experience and willingness to take on charge responsibilities are preferred. Expect to be part of a team supporting diverse patient needs in a facility with advanced monitoring and medical equipment, all while enjoying a rewarding schedule that fosters professional growth.
