Job Description:

Join us for a nocturnal adventure working 12-hour night shifts as a registered nurse in West Burlington, Iowa. In this role, you'll deliver comprehensive care to adolescent and adult female patients as well as neonates, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Your expertise with Cerner EMR will ensure smooth documentation and communication. During periods of low census, you may be called upon to respond within an hour, making flexibility essential. This assignment offers an engaging mix of autonomous work and collaborative team interaction in a setting that values high standards and quality care.
