Job Description:

Join us as an ICU RN at Mercy Hospital Southeast, located in charming Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In this role, you'll be responsible for the comprehensive care of monitor-ready critically ill patients, including those recovering from cardiac surgeries, neuro cases, and stroke interventions. You'll work a steady night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., providing vital support during the quiet hours of the hospital's bustling ICU. Expect to float within the ICU and progressive care units, handling a maximum of three patients per nurse with modern tools like EPIC charting, Prismaflex CRRT, and Alaris pumps—you might even feel like the hospital's own health detective, diagnosing and addressing complex issues swiftly and confidently.
