Job Description:

Join the team at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, for a rewarding inpatient rehabilitation RN contract. In this role, you'll provide specialized nursing care to adults with high-acuity needs stemming from stroke, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic conditions. This facility's setting is akin to a medical-surgical unit, where high patient acuity demands quick thinking and adaptability. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, assisting in a fast-paced environment that requires hands-on support with patient mobility and safety, including answering call lights alongside Certified Nursing Assistants. The assignment offers the opportunity to gain valuable EPIC charting experience, contribute to patient recovery goals, and earn a completion bonus by fulfilling the full 13-week commitment.
