Job Description:

This inpatient rehabilitation RN role involves providing high-acuity care at UW Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Madison. Your days will be full of hands-on patient management, helping individuals recovering from stroke, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic trauma. Expect to collaborate closely with a team in a setting that mimics medical-surgical units, but with a specialized focus on neurorehabilitation. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule, with every other weekend and holiday rotations, and a requirement to answer call lights and assist C.N.As as needed. This assignment offers a $2,500 completion bonus—tied to full 13-week commitment, punctual attendance, and minimum Epic experience.
