Job Description:

Join this personable PCU Registered Nurse position where you'll be working on a 36/36 schedule, floating to the Medical-Surgical unit while maintaining a 1:7 ratio when needed. This role involves night shifts, with a 12-hour shift structure from 18:30 to 07:00, so you'll be well-rested to take on your duties. Expect to support staff by providing clinical care and actively participating in nursing student education to help shape the future of nursing. You'll experience a rotation that includes weekends and holidays, with some flexibility for additional shifts based on hospital census. The orientation process begins with online materials, and your travel residency must be at least 100 miles from the facility to qualify. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values your expertise and contributions.
