Join a versatile medical-surgical float pool team, working night shifts that span 12 hours from 7 PM to 7 AM. You’ll be floating between various Med Surg and Telemetry units, gaining broad experience across multiple departments. This contract offers an engaging opportunity to handle a variety of patient cases, adapt to different team dynamics, and sharpen your clinical skills. Expect to be scheduled for one weekend shift each week or two weekends on alternate weeks, with at least one holiday worked as part of the commitment. The role emphasizes flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to different units, all while working in a supportive environment that values your recent acute care experience and professional licensure.
