Job Description:

Join a healthcare team as a Surgical Technician First Assist, providing essential support in the operating room for complex procedures including orthopedics, neurosurgery, and ENT surgeries. This role involves working primarily 12-hour day shifts with scheduled call duties, often requiring quick thinking and adaptability during surgeries that require robotics assistance. You'll be actively involved in assisting surgeons during procedures, preparing OR setups, and managing surgical instruments, all while gaining exposure to a variety of advanced surgical techniques in a fast-paced environment that values technical proficiency and teamwork.
