Job Description:

Join a busy Medical Surgical unit in Florence, South Carolina, as a MedSurg RN in a flexible pool setting. This position involves working night shifts of 12 hours, primarily from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with responsibilities spanning Med/Surg, Telemetry, and Rapid Response situations. The role requires managing patient monitoring, insulin administration, and responding promptly to emergencies. You may be asked to float within scope to other similar units or sister facilities, offering an engaging variety of challenges. With a support staffing plan aimed at maintaining typical ratios of 1:6 or 1:7 during unplanned absences, this assignment provides a dynamic environment where your skills truly make a difference.
