Step into a leadership role overseeing the Labor & Delivery department in beautiful Western Colorado. You'll guide clinical teams through daily operations, ensuring that expectant mothers and families receive safe, compassionate care. This position involves managing staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives, all while collaborating closely with physicians, midwives, and neonatal teams.
