Job Description:

Join the team at Johnston-Willis Hospital’s Breast Diagnostic Center as a Mammography Technologist. In this role, you'll operate advanced Hologic mammography equipment, including contrast-enhanced mammography (CEM), to perform screening and diagnostic imaging. You'll work primarily independently, providing precise imaging for patients in a supportive environment that values expertise and professionalism. Your day will involve managing patient examinations, ensuring high-quality images, and maintaining seamless documentation using Penrad, Sectra, Ambry, and Expanse systems. The schedule features weekday shifts with the opportunity for a half-day Saturday every few months. This assignment offers a chance to work with highly experienced staff and utilize cutting-edge technology in a focused, specialized unit with only three mammography units. Prepare for an engaging assignment that combines technical skill with patient interaction, all within a welcoming facility dedicated to excellence in breast imaging.
