Job Description:

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work in the maternity unit with floating responsibilities across various departments within a 20-mile radius of Clovis, NM. The selected healthcare professional will evaluate triage patients over 20 weeks gestation, perform labor assessments, and monitor fetal well-being. During intrapartum care, you'll prepare expectant mothers for delivery, administer medications like Pitocin and magnesium sulfate, and assist with cesarean procedures when necessary. Postpartum, you'll support new mothers and care for newborns, including medication administration, newborn stabilization, and assisting with procedures such as circumcisions and phototherapy. This assignment combines clinical expertise with a touch of adventure, as you rotate through different areas, ensuring comprehensive care for mothers and infants in a fast-paced environment.

Job Specifics:

Location: Clovis, NM
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Duration: 36 hours per week, approximately 13 weeks
