Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiac step-down unit in Bismarck, North Dakota, as a Tele/PCU RN. In this role, you'll oversee adult and geriatric patients with cardiac conditions, including post-cardiac caths, EP studies, pacemakers, and additional acute or chronic issues like pneumonia or COVID complications. The shift is 12-hour nights, offering a mixture of routine monitoring and intervention tasks. You'll be responsible for reading and interpreting telemetry strips, titrating a variety of critical drips, and troubleshooting ventilator equipment like BiPAP and CPAP devices. Collaborative teamwork includes charge nurses and patient care techs, with opportunities to expand your skills in a supportive environment that appreciates your expertise in cardiac telemetry.
