Job Description:

Join a specialized Oncology unit as a Registered Nurse leading the charge on a blood disorder and cancer-focused floor. This role offers a chance to work closely with patients undergoing complex treatments such as chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and CAR T-cell therapy. You'll balance hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities, including staffing, patient flow, and mentoring staff, all while ensuring safety protocols are upheld. The setting is primarily for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, providing a diverse clinical experience. Expect to take on a 3x12 night shift schedule, with float requirements and weekend rotations.
