Job Description:

This NICU Registered Nurse position offers a unique chance to work across multiple pediatric units, including NICU, PICU, and general pediatrics, all within a Level III NICU and Level II PICU setting. You will be responsible for providing critical care to a diverse range of neonatal and pediatric patients, often managing complex cases such as preterm infants as young as 22 weeks, respiratory distress, and other neonatal emergencies. The role involves floating between units, taking patients up to 18 years old, and ensuring each child receives the meticulous attention they need during night shifts. Your expertise in solid ICU skills and advanced NICU experience will be key to success in this role, which combines technical proficiency with compassionate support for vulnerable little ones.
