Job Description:

Join a 41-bed progressive care trauma and telemetry unit in Columbia, SC, as a registered nurse on a 12-hour night shift. This role focuses on caring for adult patients post-surgical trauma, including those with injuries from motor vehicle accidents, assaults, or falls. Your responsibilities include monitoring telemetry, administering medications, and supporting interdisciplinary teams such as respiratory and physical therapy. The schedule involves 36 hours per week, with a mix of day and weekend shifts on a 6-week cycle. If you have at least two years of experience and hold AHA ACLS/BCLS/NIH certifications, this assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a specialized unit that balances autonomy with a collaborative vibe.
