Job Description:

Join our team for a rewarding ICU RN contract at a busy Level 1 Trauma Teaching Hospital with 637 beds. This role focuses on caring for medically complex ICU patients with diagnoses such as respiratory failure, sepsis, stroke, and more. You'll manage invasive lines, ventilators, and vasoactive medications, ensuring close monitoring of unstable patients on a variety of critical care interventions. The unit's atmosphere blends professionalism with a touch of camaraderie, making it an engaging environment to apply your critical care expertise. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, with a scheduling cycle every six weeks, including holidays and weekends, providing a balanced work-life rhythm in an urban setting surrounded by opportunities for adventure and relaxation.
