Job Description:

Join a neuro telemetry unit in Phoenix, where you'll be responsible for caring for complex patients such as those with CVA, TBI, spinal surgeries, and encephalopathy. This 12-hour night shift offers a unique chance to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes sterile procedures like Foley catheter insertions and central line dressing changes. You’ll work alongside a team of dedicated professionals in a unit with a 1:4 patient ratio, interpreting EKGs and managing ventilated patients without in-house hospitalist coverage. The role includes performing bedside reports, managing titrated medications like Heparin and Amio, and supporting patients with diverse neurological and trauma-related conditions. This assignment is perfect for experienced ICU nurses eager to deepen their neuro expertise while enjoying a lively, high-energy setting.
