Job Description:

This outpatient therapy role in Worthington offers a steady 8-hour daily schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts. You will evaluate and treat a diverse range of outpatients, utilizing equipment such as computerized charting systems and medication modules within a setting that values professionalism and collaborative care. The position involves floating to various units or departments as needed, providing a rewarding opportunity to gain broad experience in outpatient therapy services. Clinicians will adhere to a business casual dress code, typically wearing polo shirts in blue, khaki, gray, or brown. Prior experience in outpatient environments is preferred but not mandatory. You’ll be expected to badge in and out at the facility and follow the dress code while performing general therapy duties in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere.
