Job Description:

Join a hematology-oncology unit on a travel contract that offers a unique opportunity to gain experience administering chemotherapy and working with high-acuity patients in a large hospital setting. This role involves 12-hour day shifts, with the chance to work at least 36 hours per week. You'll be responsible for managing complex cases, including patients on cardiac drips, lines, chest tubes, and chemotherapy, while utilizing your Epic charting skills. The position is ideal for RNs with at least one year of solid hospital experience, familiarity with Level 1 trauma, and a background in high-volume surgical units. Expect to work closely with charge RNs, nurse managers, and educators, with some floating between units to ensure seamless patient care. The assignment offers hands-on learning opportunities in chemotherapy administration, while encouraging a professional yet approachable work environment.

Hourly Rate: $60/hr, with open scheduling for 48 hours/week, and overtime after 48 hours
