Job Description:

Join a busy hospital's RN float pool for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. In this role, you'll float among various units including ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, and NICU across three facilities in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. RNs will only float within their specialties and may also be assigned as a 1:1 sitter in any area—making it a versatile and engaging experience. Expect to manage patient situations that require skills like titrating insulin drips, interpreting telemetry, and responding to the fast pace of trauma and critical care environments. This assignment offers the chance to work in multiple units, expand your expertise, and explore different facets of hospital nursing—all while enjoying consistent night hours.
