Job Description:

Join a specialized ICU team on a 12-hour night shift, providing critical care in a unit that functions more like a step-down recovery space. You'll work closely with a skilled team to manage patients with conditions such as COPD, pneumonia, AFib RVR, DKA, and others requiring advanced monitoring and interventions. This assignment offers a chance to refine your critical thinking, IV skills, and telemetry reading in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and patient-first approaches. Your days will be filled with vital tasks like phlebotomy, IV starts, EKG interpretation, and titrating drips for pressors, insulin, and anticoagulants. If you enjoy the challenge of managing complex cases with a collaborative team, this role will keep you engaged and sharpened in your expertise. The unique setting ensures you'll gain valuable experience in telemetry monitoring, critical care procedures, and leadership within the ICU.
