Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse for a travel healthcare contract in Waco, Texas. This position involves providing direct nursing care in a hospital setting, following established policies, procedures, and protocols. You'll implement and monitor patient care plans, track patient conditions, and communicate updates clearly. As a primary coordinator, you'll work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care, including discharge planning. The role demands critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a sometimes high-pressure environment.
