Job Description:

Join a Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU team in Austin for a travel healthcare contract that invites you to make a real difference in the lives of young patients with complex heart conditions. This role is focused on providing expert nursing care during 12-hour night shifts, where you'll be responsible for managing patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2 in ICU, and 1:3 in stepdown or non-ICU settings. Your experience in pediatric cardiovascular critical care will be essential as you navigate high-acuity cases, use your advanced certifications like BLS, PALS, and ACLS, and maintain a steady rhythm in a setting that values your specialized skills.
