Job Description:

This orthopedic and neuro medical-surgical RN contract offers a chance to work on a private unit featuring a mix of day and night shifts, including rotating schedules. As a team member on Phippen 6/7, you'll be interpreting Tele Strips and performing neuro assessments, supporting a 32-bed unit that admits scheduled orthopedic, neuro, and medical overflow patients. Your role involves floating to adjacent units as needed, ensuring smooth patient flow while managing a patient load of 4 to 6 per nurse. The position provides an enriching experience in a busy hospital setting where quick thinking and adaptability are key, with the opportunity to develop specialized telemetry skills in a supportive environment.
