Job Description:

Join our team as a Med Surg RN on a 13-week travel contract at a facility nestled in the charming city of Natchez, Mississippi. This role offers the opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts (7:15 pm - 7:15 am) on a 3/2 split schedule—your nights will involve a mix of four and three shifts per week, providing a balance between work and personal time. The assignment is perfect for RNs who enjoy a night owl schedule and want to experience the unique culture of the historic South. Be prepared to wear royal blue scrubs and adhere to the facility's dress code. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing support, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a safe environment within the Med Surg unit. This position requires at least some flexibility to float to other units as needed, so adaptability is key. The facility values experienced nurses with current certifications, including BLS and PALS, and accepts clinicians with pending licenses, subject to review.
