Job Description:

Join us for an engaging Respiratory Therapist contract in Long Beach, CA, where you'll be working in a specialized NICU setting. This 12-week opportunity features 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), allowing you to bring your pediatric expertise to neonatal and pediatric patients. You'll have the chance to float to general pediatrics and PICU, managing advanced respiratory equipment such as bubble CPAP, ventilators including HFOV, HFJV, Servo U, and Astral Home Ventilators. This role is perfect for seasoned professionals with a minimum of two years of pediatric experience, including NICU, PICU, or general peds, ready to tackle a diverse caseload and support patients' respiratory needs during overnight hours. The facility encourages local candidates and offers the flexibility of floating within their pediatric units, providing a dynamic and rewarding travel experience.
