Job Description:

Join our team as an RN in the Medical ICU at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith, where you'll be at the heart of a well-respected healthcare facility known for compassionate care. This 13-week travel contract offers a night shift schedule, so you can enjoy our city’s friendly vibe by day. In this role, you'll provide critical bedside support for patients requiring intensive monitoring and complex treatments, with acuity that keeps you engaged and sharpening your skills. The floor has 32 beds, and you'll work with a team of dedicated professionals to maintain top patient outcomes. The fast-paced environment is perfect for experienced nurses who thrive on challenge and innovation, with opportunities to float to stepdown and med-surg units as needed. Your expertise in critical care will be essential in delivering safe, efficient care in a setting powered by EPIC electronic records and a culture of teamwork. To succeed, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience, current Arkansas licensure, BLS, ACLS, and preferably CCRN certification. We’re looking for upbeat, driven nurses who are ready to make a difference during this exciting assignment.
