Job Description:

Join a challenging and rewarding float PCU position where your expertise in adult and geriatric care will be put to good use. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts within a high-volume hospital setting, primarily providing specialized care in a hold/PCU environment. You'll experience a setting that demands flexibility, as float requirements may take you to sister campuses, with a patient ratio of 4-6:1 depending on patient mix. This assignment offers a chance to work with Epic EMR and be part of a team that values professionalism and adaptability. Expect to manage complex patient needs, collaborate seamlessly with staff, and contribute to positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment that thrives on skill and calm under pressure.
