Job Description:

Join the emergency room team as an ER Registered Nurse in Cedar Rapids, where you'll be the vital link ensuring swift and efficient care for adult and pediatric patients. This role involves working night shifts from 5:00 PM to 5:30 AM over 3 days per week, with every third weekend on duty. You'll be expected to float to a nearby standalone 14-bed ER, providing consistent resources and standards without mid-shift floating. Your quick assessment skills and ability to operate in a Level III trauma setting make this assignment a dynamic and rewarding challenge. Experience in emergency response, familiarity with EPIC, and a suite of certifications including ACLS, BCLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC will help you excel in this pivotal role in the fast-paced ER environment.
